Fell Off Your New Year’s Intentions? You Can Still Begin Again.
You don’t need a new year to begin again. You just need a moment.
January gets all the attention—new intentions, fresh starts, big promises. But by June, a lot of those promises had faded. Life got full. Routines fell away. Maybe you never even got started.
And that’s okay.
I’m here to tell you it’s not too late. Not even close. You don’t need to overhaul your life to feel better. You just need one small thing to come back to. For me, that’s matcha.
My Matcha Routine Is Proof That Small Things Stick
I’ve been drinking matcha longer than I’ve been meditating.
It started as a simple preference: green tea instead of coffee. But over time, it became so much more. The act of whisking the powder, frothing the coconut milk, and taking that first sip became a quiet morning rhythm I craved, especially during the busiest seasons of my life.
I didn’t realize it at the time, but making matcha was my first real act of consistency. It was the anchor I returned to before I ever understood the language of presence or practice.
No rules. No fancy rituals. Just one small thing I did for myself every morning.
It’s Not Too Late to Come Back to What You Meant to Do
If the start of 2025 didn’t go how you imagined, you’re not alone. And you’re not behind.
The truth is, most of us lose steam by March. But the even deeper truth? There’s still half the year left. That’s 180+ chances to begin again.
We get stuck in the idea that if we didn’t start perfectly, we failed. But the magic isn’t in doing it perfectly—it’s in doing it regularly. In choosing to come back.
That’s what matcha taught me. That’s what meditation has taught me. And that’s what I want to share with you.
Start Small, Stay With It: The Practice That Helps You Begin Again
If you’ve got five minutes, you’ve got a way back to yourself.
That’s the heart of Start Small, Stay With It—a free 31-day meditation challenge I created for people exactly like you. People who want to reconnect but don’t want to overhaul their lives to do it.
It’s gentle. It’s realistic. And it builds momentum in a way that feels natural.
Five minutes become ten. Ten becomes fifteen. Before you know it, showing up becomes second nature—not because you forced it, but because it felt good to come back to yourself.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence.
There’s still time. You haven’t missed your moment. You can begin again—today, tomorrow, or with me on July 1st.
You don’t need a full plan. You just need one small practice you can return to.
