Meditation Series
Offered in 12-week increments, this ongoing series begins with foundational practices and evolves into weekly guided meditations. Each 20–30 minute session blends light instruction with real-time practice and actionable techniques your team can use immediately. Ideal for building focus, emotional resilience, and workplace well-being across a quarter.

Workshops
These 1+ hour standalone sessions combine practical philosophy, guided meditation, and optional PowerPoint presentations. Topics can include: mindfulness at work, breathwork for stress, seasonal wellness, or the science of resilience. Optional experiential components include Yoga Nidra (non-sleep deep rest)—a powerful nervous system reset that supports recovery, clarity, and calm.

I’m Carol Flanagan a Chopra-certified meditation teacher and 500-hour E-RYT yoga instructor with a deep belief in making mindfulness feel doable.
Through my company, Meditate with Carol, I help people slow down, reconnect, and show up more present in every part of their lives—including at work. I blend ancient tools with real-life application so your team walks away with practical practices they can actually use.
