What I Offer

  • Courses

    simplified meditation course where your employees will receive their own personal mantra, learn how to develop a lifelong practice, and feel confident meditating comfortably anytime, anywhere.   

  • Meditation Series

    Ongoing 20-30 minute sessions designed to cover meditation fundamentals in the workplace and then move into a regular weekly session format comprised of guided meditations and lessons in the workplace.

  • Workshops

    These sessions are designed to be 1+ hour standalone sessions comprised of lessons of philosophy, guided meditation, and optional PowerPoint presentations on meditation, mindfulness @ work or specific wellness-related topics.

I’m Carol Flanagan a Chopra-certified meditation teacher and 500-hour E-RYT yoga instructor with a deep belief in making mindfulness feel doable.

Through my company, Meditate with Carol, I help people slow down, reconnect, and show up more present in every part of their lives—including at work. I blend ancient tools with real-life application so your team walks away with practical practices they can actually use.

Based in Greater Boston, I work with clients virtually across the country.
